What percentage of 2-Deoxy-D-Ribose do we use?

Our Hair Regrowth Serums, use 4% concentration of 2-deoxy-D-Ribose.

What are the instructions for taking this treatment?

We recommend morning and night use, in 1mL (1 dropper) increments. This allows for the 2dDR to be treating the affected area for most of the hours of the day.

It is recommended to use the product just on the affected area, but will not be harmful if used on the rest of the scalp.

Do not rinse out of hair.

Keep in mind, these are just guidelines, and you will have to find what works best for your individual needs.

Why should I trust that 2dDR is safe for hair use? It is very new.

When should I start seeing results?

Results will be dependant on individual factors, but we expect you start seeing results within 4-6 weeks of daily use.

What is the difference between your water-based and oil-based serums?

The differences between our water-based serum and oil-based serum start at the ingredients. Our water-based serum is formulated to be quick-drying on your scalp, and easy to apply, leaving your hair with a normal, non-greasy feel. Our oil-based serum is formulated to be moisturizing, and nourishing as it is formulated with Argan and Jojoba oil as the base ingredients. This formula will leave your hair with a smooth, shiny finish.

Does this product get applied to the entire scalp?

This product can be used on the whole scalp, but is only needed in the affected areas.

What are the long/short term risks?

At this point, there are no current known side effects to a 2dDR hair treatment. Are there risks when used in sunlight or outdoors?

The ingredients in both our water-based and oil-based serum will not be damaging to your hair in the sun, or in any outdoor application. We do recommend if you are using the serums in any outdoor application where UV will be present to the applied area, that you do not use the Bergamot Sandalwood scent, as bergamot has the possiblity to be irrating under UV. Otherwise, the ingredients in our serums are made without any harsh chemicals, and only with natural ingredients.
